At Sherri Hill, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a streamlined return process for unworn garments with original tags attached. Please note that all returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Garment
Carefully place the unworn item in its original packaging with all designer tags, security seals, and protective liners intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
